During dry dock, the crew work extended hours within a closer community environment. For baker Sarah Vos (Netherlands) who is leading a team of three bakers, the day starts from 5am and ends at 5pm. The majority of the crew work around 12 hours a day and extra breaks are necessary for them to keep going. Therefore, the bakers have to help prepare three meals per day, plus baking for the two tea breaks in between. “It’s tough but I’m enjoying getting to know the people on board,” said Sarah. The community is enjoying a variety of the doughnuts, cakes and cookies coming from the kitchen. “Since the responsibility of being a baker has been given to me, I can be as creative as I want,” added Sarah
